For those who want more than temporary, our Rent to Buy programme – administered through RZ Finance Limited, our own finance company – lets you move in now and make weekly payments leading to full ownership. It’s accommodation made accessible, one week at a time.

We’re an approved WINZ supplier, and we offer fast setup and delivery across Auckland, Waikato, and Thames for rental, with Rent to Buy available across a wider North Island service area.
