We take care of delivering and setting up your cabin so you can get up and running quickly. Our process is designed to be straightforward, with minimal disruption and clear guidance along the way.

How Delivery & Setup Works

1. Site Check

We review your site details to confirm access and placement are suitable.

2. Delivery

Your cabin is transported to site by our delivery team.

3. Positioning & Levelling

The cabin is placed and levelled to suit your site conditions.

4. Connections

We connect to your nearest power source, and water/waste where applicable.

5. Handover

Once everything is set, your cabin is ready to use.

What’s Included

  • 16AMP power lead for simple connection
  • Electrical WOF for safety and compliance
  • Professional delivery and positioning
  • Levelling and installation by our team

What You’ll Need on Site

  • Clear vehicle access for delivery (including suitable width and turning space)
  • A suitable, reasonably flat area for placement
  • Access to a power supply
  • Access to water and waste connections (for ensuite or kitchenette cabins)

Connections

For cabins with an ensuite or kitchenette, water is connected to your nearest outdoor tap and waste is connected directly to your existing waste or septic system. We’ll confirm your connection requirements before delivery.

Site Requirements & Council Considerations

Our cabins are designed as portable, temporary structures, and are installed in a way that allows them to be delivered, positioned, and connected efficiently on your site.

Because requirements can vary depending on your location and how the cabin is used, we recommend checking with your local council to confirm any specific requirements that may apply to your situation. Our cabins are not classified as permanent dwellings. If you’re unsure, our team is happy to talk this through with you and help guide you in the right direction.

Not Sure If Your Site Is Suitable?

Every site is a little different, and we’re here to help. We can check your property using satellite and street view as an initial assessment. In some cases, we may need to visit your site to measure access and confirm the best placement for your cabin.
