If you need plumbing services connected, this will be estimated prior to your commitment and our delivery crew will advise if for any reason this cannot be completed on day of delivery. Please note these buildings need a hiab truck for delivery, so please call to discuss your site and see what is available first.

Rent Zone has been around for 2 decades and we have over 35 years of building experience as rental experts focussing on the greater Auckland region. The extra-large cabins range in layout with a kitchenette and self contained ensuite, so talk to our team to see what we have available.
The minimum rental term is 12 months and all costs of delivery must be committed to at contract stage.
Rental payments can be made weekly or monthly in advance. The additional charges are minimal and include (but not limited to):
Delivery – contact us for an exact quote, but delivery to the greater Auckland area typically costs in the region of $150 if we can use our Rentzone trailer
Plumbing – we will commit to a plumbing quote prior to contract but as an indication smaller buildings can typically be set up for approx $150 – $200.
A bond is required at the beginning of the term, this will be refunded at the end of the agreement following an inspection and acceptance of the building being returned in a satisfactory condition.
