Rent to Buy Fees & Interest
All RentZone Rent to Buy agreements include:
- Interest rate: from 12.00% p.a. — fixed for the full term of your agreement
- Application fee: $480 (one-off, no GST)
- Service fee: $15 per month ($3.46 per week, no GST)
